  • Up to three processes, in a single location.
  • Delivered within 10 working days of the signed quote and access to the people involved.
  • Deducted once from the balance of a Cap Projet signed within three months of delivery, up to that balance (terms of sale, article 18).
  • Outside the Paris region, travel is extra and quoted.
  • No deposit; invoice issued on delivery. Payable on receipt of the invoice, and no earlier than the 8th day after the quote is signed.

Back online

Your website no longer responds. We bring it back into service.

  • Security certificate renewed
  • Site restarted and reachable
  • Contact form whose messages reach you
  • Mobile display restored
  • Legal notice page in place, with your details
  • Administrator access handed back in your name
  • Site back online within 5 working days of signing the quote and receiving all the access listed in it.
  • Not included: redesign, new features, content, and fees paid to third parties (domain name, hosting, licences). Anything outside this list is quoted separately.
  • We first check with you that the site can be brought back. If it cannot, we do not sign.
  • No deposit; invoice issued on delivery. Payable on receipt of the invoice, and no earlier than the 8th day after the quote is signed.

Orphaned website audit

Your provider no longer answers. You will know what you own, where, and in whose name.

  • Domain holder and expiry date
  • DNS zone and name servers
  • Host and plan
  • Security certificate and expiry
  • Backups: whether they exist, date, location
  • Administrator accounts and who holds them
  • Site technology and versions
  • Overdue security updates
  • Email addresses on the domain
  • Forms: where messages go
  • Legal notice and privacy policy: whether they exist, and where
  • Written report delivered within 5 working days of signing the quote and getting access to the accounts.
  • Not included: fixes. We work with access you hold, or for which you have the holder’s written authorisation, and never bypass access controls.
  • No deposit; invoice issued on delivery. Payable on receipt of the invoice, and no earlier than the 8th day after the quote is signed.

Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate. Business client established in another EU member state: VAT is reverse-charged to the client.

After a meeting outside our premises or an introduction by a business introducer, timelines run from the end of the withdrawal period, unless you request otherwise in writing (terms of sale, article 17).

    Once, at go-live: opening the dedicated server, deployment, integration with your tools, data migration, training your teams.

    Annual licence

    The right to use the application, for the scope set out in the contract. Your data remains yours and can be exported at any time.

  3. 03

    Maintenance & hosting

    Fixes, security updates, monitoring, daily backups, committed response time. This is what makes software last.
