The meaning behind the name
In navigation, orthodromy is the shortest route between two points on the globe. On a flat map it looks curved; on the sphere, it is the most efficient path there is. That is the promise we make to our clients: the most direct path between where they stand today and where they want to be.
The aviation heritage
The founder is a pilot. From aviation, Orthodrome keeps three principles: methodical flight preparation, full transparency on the trajectory, and a sense of heading — knowing where you are going, and why.
This culture runs through every engagement: a clear flight plan, real-time tracking, and autonomy handed back to the client on landing.
